We are dog friendly in designated units of the Main Lodge and Lakehomes; a nightly fee applies. There are no pets allowed at Burlington Bay.
All of our resort guests check-in at the main lodge. Upon check-out, it is not necessary to come back to the lodge to check-out, just give us a call at the front desk, and you may leave your keys in your room.
All guests are required to show a valid ID, a valid credit card, and have their license plate number. All personal information must also be collected. Guests at the lakehomes will be required to fill out a vehicle information tag.
Our check-in time is anytime after 4pm. If your room is clean upon arrival, we will check you in at that time. We appreciate your understanding that we must stick firm to the 11am check-out time. Additional rates may apply to guests who check-out after 11am.
The lodging deposit is the first night’s stay, before tax, in your particular room type. This deposit is collected at the time the reservation is made. Upon check-in, we take any remaining balance in full.
We have a $30 cancellation fee for any room that is cancelled prior to 11am on the day of arrival. Any room cancelled after 11am on the day of arrival will be subject to forfeiture of the deposit.
You can change your reservation for no penalty once the reservation is made. The original deposit rolls over.
The main lodge, Burlington Bay, and select Lakehomes have free wi-fi, designed for e-mail use and web browsing.
All of our indoor rooms and common areas are 100% smoke free. Please note that e-cigs, vapors, hookahs, and incense fall under our ‘smoke free’ policy. We do have designated smoking areas outdoors. We ask your cooperation that if smoking on your private outdoor balcony, that you close all windows and doors to your unit. A room recovery fee will be added to any room’s reservation that smells of smoke.
We have air mattresses and pack-n-plays available for a nightly charge. These are first come, first serve.

The room rates do not include meals. There are dining certificates in many of our packages. Our on-site restaurant, Kamloops, opens at 7am daily, and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Accommodations

Our studios, suites, and Lakehomes are the rooms that have the balconies. Please note indoor poolside suites have access to the pool area, but not a private balcony, nor a grill.
All of the units at the main lodge can be accessed by elevator, and do not have stairs in the unit.

All of the units at Burlington Bay can be accessed by elevator, and do not have stairs in the unit. The exceptions are the 5 bedroom Executive Lodges; there are stairs in these units.

There are stairways either to each Lakehome or in each Lakehome.  Please call the front desk for more information about specific units.

Food & Beverage

Reservations are recommended but not necessary.
Kamloops Restaurant & Lounge is a family-friendly casual atmosphere, but also a great place for a romantic dinner. You can wear a t-shirt and shorts, or a suit; either way, you are more than welcome!
We do not have room service available at this time, however, we are happy to place a to-go order for you and have it ready for pick-up.
We can absolutely accommodate dietary concerns. For any special requests that are outside of our normal menu items, we can accommodate with a 14 day notice.
