General Information and Policies
Rate Information | Midweek rates apply Sunday through Thursday. Weekend rates apply Friday and Saturday as well as holidays. All weekends and holidays require a two night minimum. Superior Shores Resort recognizes the following holidays and special events:

- Martin Luther King Day – Jan 18-20, 2020
- President’s Day – Feb 15-17, 2020
- Memorial Day – May 23-25, 2020
- Grandma’s Marathon – June 19-21, 2020
- Fourth of July – July 4, 2020
- Labor Day – Sept 5-7, 2020
- MEA Weekend – Oct 15-19, 2020
- Thanksgiving – Nov 26-29, 2020
- Christmas – Dec 24-25, 2020
Age Requirement | Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve and check into a room.
Occupancy Limits | Units are designed to accommodate guests up to the maximum sleeping capacity of the unit. For the enjoyment of all guests, occupancy limits will be enforced.
Check-in/Check-out | Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out is by 11am. Request for early check-in or late check-out will be honored if possible, but is not guaranteed without charge.
Deposit Policy | All reservations require a credit card deposit equal to the first night’s stay less tax, due at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy | All cancellations made prior to 11am on the day of arrival will be refunded the full deposit, less a $30 administration fee, for each room cancelled. If you do not arrive on your arrival date, your deposit will be forfeited, and your unit will be released. Cancellation policy for groups is per the group contract.
Resort Fee | There is a 10% resort fee which covers the pool maintenance, resort wifi, beach bonfires, etc.
Non-Smoking Policy | Superior Shores Resort is a non-smoking resort indoors. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. Guests are subject to a $100 daily cleaning fee if smoking occurs in your room.
Dog Policy | Superior Shores Resort allows well-mannered dogs in designated units at the Main Lodge and Lakehomes. Dogs are not allowed in any Burlington units. Pets other than dogs are not allowed on property. A maximum of two dogs per room is permitted and dogs are not allowed to be left unattended in rooms. A non-refundable service fee of $15.00 per night, plus tax, applies per dog. Payment of service fee is due at check-in. Guests will be responsible for any property damage caused by their dogs. Pet agreement must be signed upon check-in.
