Hotel Policies
Age Requirement | Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve and check into a room.
Occupancy Limits | Units are designed to accommodate guests up to the maximum sleeping capacity of the unit. For the enjoyment of all guests, occupancy limits will be enforced.
Check-in/Check-out | Check-in time is after 4pm, and check-out is by 11am. Request for early check-in or late check-out will be honored if possible but is not guaranteed without charge.
Deposit Policy | A 50% deposit of your entire stay, including tax and fees, will be taken at the time the reservation is made.
Cancellation Policy | Cancellations made 14 days prior to the arrival date will be fully refunded (less a $35 processing fee). Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will result in a forfeiture of the entire deposit.
Non-Smoking Policy | Superior Shores Resort is a non-smoking resort indoors. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. Guests are subject to a $300 daily cleaning fee if smoking occurs in your room.
Dog Policy | Superior Shores Resort allows well-mannered dogs in designated units at the Main Lodge and Lakehomes. Dogs are not allowed in any Burlington units other than Building 5 1st floor units. Pets other than dogs are not allowed on property. A maximum of two dogs per room is permitted, and dogs are not allowed to be left unattended in rooms. A non-refundable Pup-Grade fee of $35.00 per night, plus tax, applies per dog. Payment of Pup-Grade charge is due at check-in. Guests will be responsible for any property damage caused by their dogs, and may be charged accordingly. Superior Shores Pet Agreement must be signed upon check-in.
